At Mt. Hermon Church, we believe that community is important to everyone, but especially in the life of a follower of Christ. We invite you to come be a part of one of our weekly small groups. No matter your preference, there is a place for everyone!
Our Sunday school has groups for all ages (children, youth, adults) at 10:00 AM.
On Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM we have MHC242, which meets in the home of a church member for prayer, Bible study and fellowship. Contact the church for details on the location each week.
We have a married couple’s class that meets once a month after the Sunday morning worship service. Dates are announced in the church bulletin.
The heart of the children’s ministry at Mt. Hermon is praising and teaching God’s word.
Sunday mornings start off with breakfast, a message in which the kids can apply to their everyday lives and a game that relates to the days teaching.
During the morning worship, nursery and Wee-worship for ages birth to 4 are offered for families. Wednesday nights are centered around praising God and learning more of what God has for them.
Youth - 7th-12th Grade
Our purpose is to Connect students with God and other people, encourage them to Grow in their relationship with God and give them opportunities to Serve in their community and around the world.
On Monday nights from 6- 7:30. This is a time of student led worship, biblical teaching, small group discussions, and games.
Sunday School from 10-11. This time is dedicated to an in-depth Bible Study and group discussion about dealing with issues that today’s teenagers are currently facing or will face in the future, and how to handle those issues according to God’s Word.
We seek to pass onto our students the love of service, by looking to and carrying out the mission Christ talks about in Matthew 25. We seek to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked, and to pass on the love of God to the world. We do so by adopting and serving a non-profit organization every month. We also seek to give our students opportunities to serve according to what God has called them each to do. We have students that help with Sunday morning worship, some who lead and teach, and some who are called to do mission work elsewhere.
